Together with the lovely Sven Gabriel, I had the opportunity to work on the new brand 9dots and develop a visual concept for it. The goal was to make the Hotel Operating System not only functional, but also emotional and narrative-driven.

The concept is based on nine different “planets”, each representing one of the nine OS modules. Every planet has its own visual identity, atmosphere, and motion language, making the system’s features intuitive and playful to explore.

From the initial idea to the final execution, we created a modular and scalable design system that connects technology, space, and storytelling.

The vision was brought to life by the amazing team at 23karat.de, who handled the technical and visual implementation with great care.

Zusammen mit dem lieben Sven Gabriel durfte ich an der neuen Marke 9dots arbeiten und ein visuelles Konzept entwickeln. Ziel war es, das Hotel Operating System nicht nur funktional, sondern auch emotional und erzählerisch erlebbar zu machen.

Das Konzept basiert auf neun unterschiedlichen „Planeten“, die jeweils eines der neun OS-Module repräsentieren. Jeder Planet besitzt eine eigene visuelle Identität, Atmosphäre und Dynamik – und macht die einzelnen Funktionen des Systems intuitiv und spielerisch erfahrbar.

Von der ersten Idee bis zur Ausarbeitung entstand so ein modulares, skalierbares Designsystem, das Technologie, Raum und Storytelling miteinander verbindet.

Umgesetzt und zum Leben erweckt wurde das Ganze von den großartigen Leuten von 23karat.de, die unsere Vision technisch und gestalterisch sauber umgesetzt haben.
